The cooking class is a hands-on culinary learning experience in which members learn to prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes. Art class focuses on a specific medium or technique, such as painting, drawing, sculpture, printmaking, or ceramics. Members are introduced to basic techniques and principles of art, such as color theory, composition, and perspective, before moving on to more advanced techniques.

The class guides members through a series of physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation. Members are encouraged to focus on their breath and body awareness as they move through a series of postures that are designed to stretch and strengthen the body.

Dance class focuses on basic elements of dance style, including footwork, body positioning, rhythm, and musicality. This class focuses on choreography, improvisation, and performance skills. Exercises and drills are used to help members develop their coordination, flexibility, and strength.
